Egg White Muffins

  • 2 eggs
  • 6 egg whites
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Whisk eggs, salt & pepper
  • Pour into greased muffin tin or cupcake liners
  • Bake 20 min
  • Enjoy!

Yield:  6 muffins  Macros per muffin Calories: 40  Protein:  5g  Fat:  1.6g  Carbs:  0g

This is a base recipe with tons of possibilities.  In the picture above, my muffins had mozzarella cheese, broccoli, and sausage.  Delicious!  It’s a great breakfast for those on a low carb diet.  Make them the night before and warm them up in the morning.  Perfect for those on the go!
