Banana and Egg Pancakes (2 ingredient pancakes)
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 baking powder (optional)
- 1/8 cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- Heat skillet to medium heat
- Mash banana
- Add eggs to the mashed banana and mix well
- Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray
- Pour batter of your desired size into the pan. Cook until bottom set (about 30-60 sec), flip, cook an additional 60 sec or less. Serve with sweetener of your choice. Enjoy!

The possibilities with this recipe are endless. You may choose to add a protein powder, PB2, nuts, berries, etc. Be creative! Enjoy the food you eat.
