Gym Workout 12/31/15

This was my last workout for 2015.  I’m excited to continue on a workout regimen for 2016 and beyond.  Working out is a lifestyle for me.  It’s part of who I am.  I enjoy both the pains and the pleasures of awesome workouts, especially leg workouts.  More videos to come soon!  Stay tuned…

    Wow! 270 lbs for a leg press…I’m impressed! Very motivating. The gloves sound good. I have been wearing my biking gloves so these would be better. Awesome blog. Lori
